On this week’s episode, Eric, Nicky, and special guest Bug McBride (owner of the Blue Ghost Arcade in Woodstock, GA) are flying high over every single stage in Super Mario World. Super Mario World is a 2d platformer developed and published by Nintendo for the SNES. It was released in Japan in 1990, North America in 1991 and Europe and Australia in 1992. The player controls Mario on his quest to save Princess Peach and Dinosaur Land from the series’ antagonist Bowser.

This game was such a big part of my childhood that playing it is second nature. I think it has some of the finest controls I’ve ever experienced. That said, I still like Mario 3 better. I do wish they called Yoshi Lizard Buddy though.
